Founder and Primary Consultant Ginger Nichols, CAE, has worked successfully with governing boards, chapter leaders and committees of all types.

Ginger is a frequent speaker and instructor for the American Society of Association Executives and other allied societies. She also serves on the faculty of ASAE's School of Association Management and has authored several articles on board development.
